Hello, and welcome to the third edition of WCoPP! This year, the tour will hosted by me, HSOWA, with help from the GTT.
The potential teams taking part this year will be:
Brazil
Caribbean
China
Commonwealth: Includes all countries in the Commonwealth of Nations
Europe: All European countries except those with their own team
France
Germany - Includes players from Austria and Switzerland
Greece
Italy
Latin America: Mexico and all Countries in Central and South America except French-Guyana and the Caribbean islands
Spain
USA
USSR: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan
And the tiers will be:
2x RBY OU (Bo3)
1x GSC OU
2x ADV OU
1x DPP OU
1x BW OU
1x ORAS OU
The format of the tournament will be finalized by the end of this week.
All players should sign up in this thread, including captains and co-captains who want to play. Each team will have 8 starters, with anywhere between 2 and 4 subs. This means every team needs a minimum of 10 players, with the maximum being 12. If we end up with an odd number of teams, a qualifying playoff will be organized before the start of week 1. Regarding eligibility, if your IP is from the same location as the team you wish to play for, you are eligible. If it is not, please explain how you are eligible in your signup post in the explanation section. If you want to play for a region, please write down the country or state that you live or have lived in that is part of that region, for example Poland (Europe), Bolivia (Latin America) or Australia (Commonwealth)
