All Gens Tier Nomenclature Change Proposal

I am proposing a change to the tier names which I expect will probably be well-received. I think Ortheore came up with it first? Anyway, when tiers are still in a testing stage we use the following names currently:
1B - for the initial version of 1U before any Pokemon are banned
1C - for a beta version of 1U after at least one Pokemon is banned
2A - for the initial version of 2U before any Pokemon are banned (the same applies to all tiering levels below 2)
2B - for a beta version of 2U where at least one Pokemon is banned

I propose instead we just have:
1U (beta) for the initial version of 1U, whether a Pokemon is banned or not.
2U (beta) for the initial version of 2U, whether a Pokemon is banned or not. The same applies to tiers in lower tier levels too.

It's far more intuitive, so I think we should do it.

I've followed through with this although I've not updated the tiering nomenclature thread (which could probably do with a larger update & re-evaluation)
