For now it's my favourite team, and i have pretty good results with it.
It's fairly standard, but it has not Eggy, and uses Sing Chansey.

jynx-green.png

  • Blizzard
  • Psychic
  • Lovely Kiss
  • Rest

Jynx lead. She kisses Egg and opposing Jynx, tries to do good damages to Gar, and switches if my opponent leads with Zam/Star. She's also my main sleep bait. In late-game scenarios, Rest gives me a chance against Zam/Chan. Mimic and BSlam are unreliable, Counter is risky.

  • Psychic
  • Recover
  • Thunder Wave
  • Reflect

Standard Zam. Quite versatile, good paralysis support ; it's a sort of team glue. While he can be offensive or defensive depending on the situation, I tend to use him later in the game, because i don't want him to be paralysed.
chansey-green.png

  • Ice Beam
  • Softboiled
  • Thunder Wave
  • Sing

Status platform and paralysis absorber. She's a back-up sleeper if something happens to Jynx ; she can also spread paralysis. Against Zam/Chan, i go for the freeze.
snorlax-green.png

  • Body Slam
  • Hyper Beam
  • Selfdestruct
  • Earthquake

My sole exploder. He's very important because he can elimine any big threat, and because he counters Chansey. Surf is cool because i don't have Egg, but Earthquake is a lot more versatile (Gengar, Counter Chan...).
tauros-green.png

  • Body Slam
  • Hyper Beam
  • Earthquake
  • Blizzard

The best sweeper in the game. His set is written in stone.
lapras-green.png

  • Blizzard
  • Confuse Ray
  • Body Slam
  • Thunderbolt

Because I have not Egg, i want a bulky poke who can switch into physicals and deal with grounds. I use Tbolt over Rest because I need an electric move. Since he cannot recover, i try to use him aggressively.

Obviously, there are flaws. The team have some issue with Slowbro, and exploders. Despite that, it can be very efficient, and quite fun to play.
Improve it !

Jynx
- Blizzard
- Counter
- Lovely Kiss
- Psychic

Alakazam
- Psychic

- Reflect
- Thunder Wave

Chansey
- Ice Beam
- Sing
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave

Snorlax
- Body Slam
- Earthquake
- Hyper Beam
- Self-Destruct

Tauros
- Blizzard
- Body Slam
- Earthquake
- Hyper Beam

Lapras
- Blizzard
- Body Slam
- Confuse Ray

No Tbolt on Chansey = sad times vs other Lapras. You could run Sing on your own Lapras to have that act as your backup sleeper. That would give your Chansey the ability to run Tbolt which might help you out a good bit.

Rhydons can be a huge problem too. Reflect Zam can't switch in and, try as you might, it's probably not staying unpara'd. Lapras can tank an EQ or two but you want that for other things and Rock Slide can 2HKO. Normally on my Eggless teams I'll at least run a Starmie to avoid being mega weak to the Rocks. Starmie can Recover, so although it can potentially be 2HKOed by Earthquake, in practice it probably isn't happening.

Electrics can be pretty annoying for you too, but that's true of any team without GolDon. However, considering that Lapras is part of your main offensive core, a Jolteon can get a bunch of opportunities to mess you up.

As you said, Slowbro is an issue. Just one Explosion, one (slow) Thunderbolt and not one, not two, but three setup baits. You kinda depend on Confusion cheesing to beat it, but ideally you're attacking with Lapras rather than holding it back for the possibility of Slowbro, which means it probably isn't healthy enough, let alone alive, to help you against Slowbro when it shows up.

Sing Chansey is more surprising than Lapras, and Chansey can use it with less risk when facing another Chansey, hitting Chansey or Snorlax.
You need to play aggressively vs the rocks, using Ice Beam. I mean, the first time a rock faces Chansey, it will use Body Slam (mainly Golem) or Rock Slide (mainly Rhydon), and Lapras is not a safe switch in at all, also because the Blizzard you use isn't going to hit the rock.
Another possible switch in for the rocks is Reflect+Rest Snorlax, but your best bet is to revenge with Tauros, and use Earthquake if you think he's going to Chansey. Only Lapras is weak to Zapdos, so I think it's fine.
Lapras is your only hope vs Slowbro, and you need to avoid Thunder Wave.
Given that the team can work, I don't like Alakazam in general, and I don't see it very well in that team (if you want to lead with Jynx), because if they lose Chansey you already have Lapras to take advantage: IMO Zapdos can take that spot, with the fact that you'll lure their rock out eventually- and that would be a great non-standard (that assumes risks) team at that point.
Obviously you have to paralyze the opponent's Zam as soon as you see it (or sleep it if it's not the sleep bait), as the second major problem without Exeggutor is the lack of Alakazam switch ins to get rid of special drops. Starmie over Lapras can be good too, also to fight Exeggutor.

Zapdos isn't a huge issue for this team; the lack of Egg means it loses one of its biggest opportunities to force plays, and Lapras isn't as much of a sitting duck as Slowbro or (to some degree) Starmie since Lapras has its own super-effective STAB Blizzard and can't be OHKOed with Thunder.

Slowbro totally wrecks you. Lapras's Thunderbolt is not nearly as effective as Starmie's (12% vs. 22% crit rate) and it succumbs more quickly to Slowbro than Starmie does (obviously so in the case of Psychic, but even with Surf its lack of Thunder Wave and Recover allows Slowbro to muscle through it more easily); you only have one Exploder, too.

A couple of modifications to think about (they're independent of each other; don't do both at once):

Jynx -> Gengar: If you're switching out against Mie and Zam anyway, you might as well give yourself a better chance against opposing Jynx and Gengar leads (Egg lead practically doesn't exist). The whole point of Jynx compared to Gengar is that it can stay in on Starmie and Alakazam while Gengar can't - you have Sing Chansey as a backup against both, so you can make good use of Gengar. Losing a Psychic resist and Ice resist doesn't hurt much because you've got Zam and Chan already for Psychics and Lapras for Blizzards; having a fast Thunderbolter, another Exploder, and a Normal resist are all things you could desperately use.

Lapras -> Cloyster, Zam -> Electric: Cloyster gives you another Exploder, which you could use; Electrics help out against Slowbro thanks to their high crit rates and STAB on Thunderbolt. I suggest these as a package because Cloyster would be a bad idea without another Thunderbolt (Slowbro, but more importantly you could have endgame issues against a paralysed Starmie) and because Cloyster does a better job of babysitting the Electrics (and anything else) thanks to Clamp (it also takes Rock Slides better than Lapras - a bigger deal if you're running an Electric). Zapdos is a better Pokemon than Jolteon, but Jolteon's worthy of consideration here in case you run into opposing Zapdos.

Thanks for your comments.

I had thought about using Zapdos/Jolteon over Alakazam, but I am a bit afraid of grounds, lol.
Gengar lead is probably a good idea, while it's harder to use than Jynx.
Cloyster is ok if I use Zapdos, but opposing Lapras is still an issue.

Yeah, well Lapras doesn't have any real counters aside from Thunderbolt Chansey. The key is not giving it the initiative, which is pretty easy for your team - it certainly won't be getting any double-switches on Egg or Rocks against you, and even without Thunderbolt Chansey isn't really pressured by Lapras coming in - it gets to pick when it switches out.

Normally I dislike Gengar leads, but with Sing Chansey as backup it's excellent (I've used that combo before myself). The fact that Gengar patches almost every other weakness your team has is just icing on the cake.

Oh, and one last thing; Mimic on Jynx (and Articuno) isn't actually that unreliable. The best switch-in to both is Starmie, and the most common Starmie set has three moves on it that will screw it over if Jynx copies them - Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, and Recover - giving it the same effective "accuracy" as Lovely Kiss. Waking Jynx up from a Rest, on the other hand, banks on your opponent not having Tauros - that is unreliable.
