Well the last team seems to be at a standstill leaving it up to lutra as to the next steps.
In the meanwhile lets make another team I'd like the tier to be Wifi LU and hoping for a balanced/stall team
Rules:
1. You cannot choose more then one thing at a time ex. one person chooses a pokemon they must wait for someone else to choose a pokemon before they can make another decision however you are always encouraged to post your ideas at anytime (you just can't change anything unless someone else agrees with you)
2. All members making the team must be satisfied with changes/team.
