RBY OU Rapidash Gimmick Team

I've been trying to make Rapidash work in OU on Showdown (big order I know), though I'm having a lot less success on the ladder with Dash than I did with other low tiers (Kingler in particular).

This is the team I'm using. I'm wondering if if I could be doing something to better optimize it.

Rapidash (Lead)

-Fire Blast
-Fire Spin
-Agility
-Hyper Beam

Anti-Sleep lead. 2HKOs Exeggutor and Jynx with Fire Blast and outspeeds both of them. Can beat slower Mons like Lapras and Snorlax with Fire Spin luck. Chosen over Moltres since it outspeeds Jynx and doesn't die to BlizzBolt. Can Agility into an unbeatable speed tier and use Fire Spin like Dragonite uses Wrap. Hyper Beam to cleanup after Fire Spin.

-Stun Spore
-Psychic
-Explosion

Opts for Stun Spore to spread paralysis. The rest is fairly standard.

-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Softboiled
-Thunder Wave

Opts for BoltBeam to deal with Water types that counter Dash.

Golem

-Rock Slide
-Earthquake
-Body Slam
-Explosion

Deals with Jolteon and Zapdos who threaten to paralyze Dash.

Tauros

Body Slam
Hyper Beam
Earthquake
Blizzard

For cleanup.

Blizzard
Thunderbolt
Recover
Thunder Wave

Spreads paralysis. Chosen over Alakazam for Thunderbolt.

The idea behind the team is that you spread paralysis with Chansey, Egg, and Starmie, then use Fire Spin/Tauros to cleanup. Any suggestions on how to improve greatly appreciated.

Snorlax over Golem.
Snorlax is better than Golem in general, and it also gives you better chances against Starmie specifically (using your team, a freeze on Chansey means that you're almost doomed).
