Welcome to Pokemon Perfect's 2020 DPP Championship! Congratulations to those of you who have qualified for this tournament!
-In instances where there was a points tie in to determine a seed, preference was given to players who came in 1st or 2nd in a qualifier. In all other ties, seeding was randomized. Next year we will have written out criteria as to exactly how tiebreakers will be resolved, but because we didn't have that this year I thought random was the fairest solution.
-All matches at all stages of the tournament are best of three
-Replays are required for every single game throughout the tournament. No replay = the match did not happen
-No extensions whatsoever
-There better not be any activity situations because I will kill you, but in the case of an activity situation only PP and Discord communication will be considered
-All standard Smogon rules and clauses are in effect here. This includes the recently concluded vote regarding Arena Trap. Arena Trap is not allowed

11/14- The final slot right now is tricky. Rayyybond and NJ18 are both qualified via points but they've not been seen since October and May respectively and I've not been able to reach either via Discord. Assuming neither player gets back to me by the end of this weekend (both were messaged over a week ago) it leaves us with a four way tie for the final spot. I will contact those players as well to see who is interested and we'll resolve the tie in the coming week. Either way, this tournament should begin November 22nd! See you then!
11/17- Neither Ray nor NJ18 ever got back to me so we're forced to move along with a tiebreaker. All four players have been contacted and, conveniently, two declined to participate. The two that do want to participate in the tiebreaker will face each other for the final spot in this tour. I expect that match to be done by the end of Sunday, the 22nd, and we can then begin the tour as planned. In the meantime, here's the breaker-
