Hey! I Deceided to put one of my randomly made teams up for improvement! It could really use it also! It kinda works in some battles also, So please bear with my team!

    At a Glance:

    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

    Roserade (M) @ White Herb
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Leaf Storm
    - Sleep Powder
    - Sludge Bomb

Okay, Roserade. Roserades main objective is to set up Spikes.(other wise known as Hazzards) I Chose Spikes Over Toxic Spikes to Harrass the objective of Poision Type Pokemon to Come in and make the T-Spikes Disappear. Ive Always liked Leaf Storm over Giga Drain, Its a lot more offensive Damage than Giga Drain, Giga Drain doesnt really Help on Some Pokemon making it less Damage to recover, The White Herb is to make The the negetive effects of my SpA going down recoverd. and Finally i Chose Sludge Bomb, Its a good move against other Grass types. and neutralized Effects on Other Types, the only side effect of it is Steel Types.

    Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    EVs: 240 HP / 216 Def / 54 Spd
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Stealth Rock
    - Ice Beam
    - Earthquake
    - Scald

Okay, Swampert. I Use Swampert, because its Bulky and can take a hit. And I use it to counter Tyranitar. I Put Stealth Rock to Help Set up more Hazzards After Roserade, Which helps against Most Flying Types. If The Stealth Rock doesnt help, I have Ice Beam to Take down the Flying Pokemon that Evade the Ground type moves like Earthquake. Earthquake on the other hand is a good STAB attack, To hit Enemys hard. and Last Scald, I like using Scald because of the 30% Chance to Burn foes. Some types Like rock have sturdy to set up Shell Smash, Or Other Types that have Foucus Sash. Hits them down sometimes with the burn.

    Heatran (M) @ Air Balloon
    Trait: Flash Fire
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Fire Blast
    - Earth Power
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Stealth Rock

Okay, Heatran Now. Heatran Gives me good chance to abuse his abillity. Flash Fire. Switching in from Roserade. Which Some Pokemon Like Ninetails Use Flamethrower/Fire Blast on Roserade, Then Switching into Heatran to raise its Fire Types moves. Fire Blast if For Power, because this is a Offensive Heatran, I perferr to use Fire Blast over Flamethrower. Earth Power is for the Other Fire Pokemon that Apposes it, and for Poison types. Like Toxicroak. HP Ice if For the Flying/Ground Pokemon Like Landourus and Gliscor, Mostly To kill them right off the bat if it outspeeds them. and Stealth Rock if Swampert fails to set them up or if Heatran Sets them up first.

    Zapdos @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Hardy Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Heat Wave
    - Roost
    - Charge Beam

Zapdos. I Use it just to Utillize the fact that i have a Electric type to use. The reason i Use Zapdos is because its Flying Type, Making it Immune to Ground Type moves. I use Thunderbolt as a STAB attack, it has fairly Good power, i chose it over Thunder, because of its Accuracy. Heat Wave is just an advantage i have against Ice/Grass/Bug ect. I have roost for Recovery reasons, Since Zapdos is Fairly Bulky it helps to recover. And my last attack, Charge Beam. I use charge Beam to Boost Zapdos fairly good SpA already making its moves more powerful.

    Scizor (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 184 Atk / 72 Def / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - Superpower
    - Pursuit
    - Bullet Punch
Okay, Scizor. Scizor is my Steel Type pokemon. Helps fend off the annoying Pokemon like Terrakion that Annoys Zapdos, Well anyways. Swords dance to Boost up its already Good attack, making its attacks more powerful, Super Power,After Swords dance Superpower is a great Powerful more, except the fact that it makes its Defense go Down. Pursuit is For the Slow Psychic Types, That Try to Bulk up thier SpA and SpD. Once they do that Pursuit Takes down thier Hp pretty good and if any pokemon switch try switch, Pursuit attacks the pokemon switching back and Takes some HP from them. and Bullet Punch. Its main STAB attack, Powered up by Technician and sometimes Swords dance.

    Shaymin @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Seed Flare
    - Earth Power
    - Leech Seed
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

Okay Shaymin. Its a pretty good back up with its pretty good speed and SpA, using Seed Flare as a STAB attack, Making some foes sget sent back because of it. Earthpower because of the Fire Type pokemon The appose it. Leech Seed is For Pokemon that its usefull, like Stalls. Chancey. as an example Saps a lot of HP out of it to recover. HP Ice is for The Little bit faster Pokemon then Heatran can face. Utillizing HP ice just like Heatran. and Last its abillity. Natural Cure, used for when its Burnt, Asleep, Frozen, Paralyzed, and Poisoned. making it hard to kill.

That Wraps up my Team, Please help it if you can! it needs improvement! Any Help will be tried! And dont be afraid to change any pokemon!
    Thanks! ~ Degree

Well, you dont need stealth rocks on Swampert and Heatran at the same time. I would switch stealth rocks on Heatran for Ancient Power, which is what I do. After you change that, Id be happy to battle you and help you exceed. It could not be a problem with the team but how it is used, which goes for all teams.

If you want an Electric-type for the sake of having an Electric-type, I have to recommend Choice Jolteon - you're lacking anything that can revenge kill and you don't exactly compound a Ground-weakness by adding in a grounded Electric-type.
