Lets Build a Team!

Rules:

You cannot choose more then one thing at a time ex. one person chooses a pokemon they must wait for someone else to choose a pokemon before they can make another decision however you are always encouraged to post your ideas at anytime (you just can't change anything unless someone else agrees with you)

2. All members making the team must be satisfied with changes/team.

How did I know you would say that? I was hoping a different tier as there are less choices but oh well.

and I'll recommend exeggutor with mega drain as a nice safe golem/rhydon switch in.

nice new stadium set, and I think it's good to choose stadium because it's a lot less work to make sure the team does actually turn out well compared to later gens. We could always work on an RMT together once it's complete.

Cool I was hoping bro would get in. That should beat chansey so long as it's twaved.

Other zapdos could be annoying so the standard golem should work.

I'm gonna suggest another twaver for the last slot this could be changed if the last pokemon also outspeeds zapdos I could make this tauro's as we should have enough checks but having a golem/rhydon is always useful.

alright relying on you to test I'll take a look at the statistics and see if anything stands out as a problem if you make any changes be sure to post them.

OK, I haven't tried it out yet but maybe Starmie with Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Recover instead of Zam so opposing Slowbro are less of a problem.

hmm that would work but really with exegg freely sleeping all but the sub variety which is no problem for chansey and zapdos hurting it pretty badly as well starmie is a good pokemon I was just a little put off by the typing share with slowbro if anything I'd like lapras but then we lose a lot of needed speed.

I tested the team and I was quite often forced into losing stalls. It may just be me not thinking up enough of a strategy, but I think this team could do with lax somewhere to lure Golem explosion.

Interesting I never expected a team with zap + bro to be stalled amnesia lax could fit over bro and starmie over zam I guess... or just a regular 4 attack lax over zapdos.

I mean I had to stall to stop myself losing from trading attacks (i.e. bad team or don't know how to use), not out-stalled. xD

well without being able to test myself I'll have to rely on what you want to do, we could try to fix this team, make a new team or try an entirely different tier.

What I'm doing atm, is putting reflect lax in to try to more likely force an explosion from Golem. So Eggy is leading with DE, and alakazam is replaced by lax. I need to test more, but I think it might be better like that.

Full set for lax? reflect, body slam what and what? amnesia/rest is a one trick pony but extremely annoying. I think that should work my only worry is that we are quite slow now and losing a twaver.

I think I'll post a second team build to hopefully get a little more interest.
