Don't use rest on whimsicott it's kinda pointless most people don't switch the genders on their pokes so have attract. Shuckle is probably the worst staller because people that use it overestimate it's defenses. Absol is to frail and slow. Haxorus with draco plate is a no sash with d-dance. Serperior sucks in everything except in DW OU when it gets contrary so its good that you changed it.

Loollol calm mind contrary serp enjoy your -1 special attack/defense whenever you use it.... give serp hp fire + sub.
nothing wants a hardy nature
absol does not want a special move give it superpower for coverage.
whim does not want rest give it taunt/encore/protect.
haxorus does not want 3 dragon moves give it earthquake + brick break and dragondance over everything but outrage other options include taunt/swords dance/sub it also wants mold breaker not rivalry.
Why give gengar a rash nature when it has no physical moves give it a modest at least or better yet a timid nature.
shuckle... no just no it's not a good pokemon it's overhyped there are far better stalling pokemon yet should you insist on using it this is probably it's most viable set
