Post creative sets in here! I'll start with a couple. In due course, who knows, maybe some of these sets will become the standard!

    Hitmonchan @ Leftovers
    Ability: Keen Eye
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    IVs: 30 SpA / 30 SpD / 30 Spe
    - Toxic
    - Rapid Spin
    - Sky Uppercut
    - Hidden Power [Flying]

Bulky rapid spin hitmonchan with a twist - hp flying for Roselia. Pretty neat for beating spikers.

    Haunter @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 232 HP / 24 Def / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    IVs: 0 Atk
    - Torment
    - Substitute
    - Protect
    - Taunt

Similar to DPP tormentran, abuses its immunities, many CB-locked pokemon, and its incredible speed to be an effective cleaner alongside spikes/toxic lategame, as well as spinblock, and absorb explosion.

    Haunter @ Petaya Berry
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 48 HP / 28 Def / 192 SAtk / 240 Spd
    IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Hypnosis
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Substitute
    - Giga Drain

    Lead SubPetaya haunter.
EVs: Outspeed max speed glalie, Choice Band Hitmonchan Rock Slide(252+) vs. Haunter: 205-242 (84.3 - 99.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO, Glalie Crunch (252) vs. Haunter: 205-242 (84.3 - 99.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO. Has a chance to 2HKO it with HP Fire, then guarantee'd if petaya activates. HP Fire/Sub are mandatory, giga drain is best possible secondary coverage, then hypnosis in last slot lets you take out mons that wall it (e.g. shelgon, torkoal, flareon). Stuff like Explosion and Destiny Bond could work there too.

    Whiscash @ Leftovers
    Ability: Oblivious
    EVs: 252 HP / 28 Atk / 132 Def / 36 SAtk / 16 SDef / 44 Spd
    Bold Nature

    - Toxic / Surf
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Protect

(252+) Plusle Hidden Power Grass vs. Whiscash: 299-352 (70.5 - 83%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after 2 layers of Spikes and Leftovers recovery
Whiscash Earthquake vs. (252/0) Minun: 285-336 (87.9 - 103.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after 1 layer of Spikes, 25% chance to OHKO without Spikes.
    Whiscash Ice Beam vs. (4/0) Pidgeot: 154-182 (50 - 59%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Choice Band Pidgeot Double-Edge vs. Whiscash: 212-250 (50 - 58.9%) -- 76.2% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery, but much reduced when Protect is factored in. EVs can be taken from speed into defense to increase the resilience to these hits.
