Question: what does Porygon do?

The reason why Porygon works in RBY 1U/OU is because you can use it alongside Chansey to wall Snorlax while freeing up Chansey for other things, but otherwise Chansey is almost completely superior. Is there a matchup where Porygon's Attack stat and/or Sharpen comes into play?

I found a niche for it, with using the move 'conversion'. It changes its type to that of the opponents mon. So making it withstand special attacks, and its already existing physical bulk makes it similar to that of reflect Chansey.

May have a better set, but I just dabbled in it a little, but I used: Recover/Rest/IceBeam/Conversion

Maybe it doesn't fit on the list, as it's out-classed by Chansey, but maybe a better set can be made.

Best counter to Tauros, can even hax a slowbro to ko.

Only really beats Electrics, but yet still loses to Zapdos. Gets 1hko, by almost every ice/water type above.
